About Us

Who are we?
ABT Systems Ltd. was formed in March 2001 by Colman Quinn. Colman was Support Manager for Computer Resources Ltd. (CRL), and later became Dealer Manager for the same company. CRL, who were the creators of the Quickpay and Micropay range of products, was purchased by the UK based software company SAGE plc. in late 2000.

ABT was then joined by Derek O'Reilly, who worked in the support department for CRL / Sage for the payroll products. Derek was also involved in payroll installations & training as well as diagnosing technical issues with the payroll products for customers. Derek joined ABT Systems in November 2001.

What do we do?
ABT Systems specialise in Sage software sales, installation, and training. We provide Sage Payroll and Accounts products. We also provide payroll and accounting stationary.

Where are we based?
We are based in Greenogue Business Park, which lies between the villages of Rathcoole and Newcastle in Co Dublin. We are in unit 5 in block P (Marked with "A") which is near the end of Grants Road. Please use the map across for our precise location (marked with the arrow).

When are we available?
We are contactable by phone Monday - Friday from 9.15am to 1pm and 2pm to 5pm. (excluding bank holidays and Good Friday) We are, however, contactable by e-mail outside of these hours, as we recognise that issues that can arise with payroll may be of an urget nature and require immediate attention. (This service is provided whenever possible, but is not guaranteed, and does not form part of our support contract).
